Only positive thing I can say about company is that employees are polite. Down fall prices doesn't match their menu at all not even close. I ordered a Bacon cheese burger meal which on the menu was only 15.99 which came with fries. Along with a strawberry shake. Which I was expecting it to be maybe 20 dollars tops. It came to 27.03 and was told it would only be 20 minutes since I was only 5 minutes down the road I was like awesome. So after over a hour had passed I called. The girl apologized it's because they are busy and that it was on the way. 25 minutes after that call the food showed up fries and burger was extremely cold. And the strawberry shake was warm and insanely melted. Very disappointed and aggravated by entire experience of the outcome of the food. Don't order for delivery. Might have better chance with in person. But as for me I will never order from here again.

Always on point . Easy menu for online ordering , food is always hot which Is rare with delivery unless you live NYC . Chicken Is always tender . Ribs are solid., nice and stacked and literally fall of the bone . Definitely worth trying.

We were very disappointed to learn we can no longer order the 2 piece Cajun chicken. Too bad as we really liked that particular selection. The half or whole chicken is simply too much food for these seniors. It has been a wonderful run from the store at Essex Po and later on Williston Road. We will miss you guys, but must now find another place to get a smaller sized meal. Good luck to you all. Aufwiersehen!!!

Charlie's Whole Chicken Dinner is a Family Favorite at our house! And at just $18.99 for 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken, 2 large sides, gravy and dinner rolls its a great value and a great alternative to other take-out options!

This place is terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Their food may be good but their service is unacceptable. I recently ordered pick-up, and they charged me $2.00 more for a tip then what I had written in for a tip. I spoke to the woman at the business who checked me out and she got all defensive about it and refused to find the receipt for me. Sure, it's only 2 dollars but I would never eat somewhere that I know intentionally steals money from their customers. Not only is it illegal but it is dishonest, malicious, and a terrible business practice. I would encourage everyone to boycott Chicken Charlie's and support a business that actually appreciates and cares about their customers; not to mention, one that doesn't steal your money. There are plenty of better food joints in the Burlington area to support.

I love this place at lunchtime. The staff are wonderful, and Jennifer at the counter is the ultimate professional (and she remembers what we usually order, and makes suggestions when we want to change it up). My food is always good, usually very speedy, and I enjoy the atmosphere. We have been in the place at dinner time, but the atmosphere, and employees, are not quite the same, and it's just not as appealing. I have never had a bad meal there, and I eat there at least 3 times a month. I normally order a chicken dish, but have had the burger, and discovered that it's just too much food.
I'm giving 4 stars (not because I have been dissatisfied, but because I always believe, in any restaurant, that there is room for improvement).

By far the worst customer service ever....I am truly shocked they are still in business considering how many people have complained on this site. Shut them down..bad employees, bad management, and the food consistently went down hill each and every time we have been in...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I would never eat here again. I am an EMT I work all day saving lives and I ordered food from here and the worker was very rude on the phone and when I got there. So I talked to a manager and he said. Next time I come in I will get the food for free. When I tried going in the owner said that he wouldn't honor it. That he wouldn't keep the managers word. He doesn't care about his customers all we are to him is money. As someone who works all day and night saving lives I can say that everyone should show him that customers do matter and see how long his pay check lasts when he can't treat us right.

I went to order food after a long call and the person on the phone was very rude and was snappy when i asked to repeat order back. When i got there to pick the order up the lady behind the counter was mean to the customer in front of me. When i got to the counter i was not helped for a good 5 min while other people were waiting behind me also.
There is no reason to treat your customers like this. Being in the Emergency Medical field everything is about customer service. Please show them what customer can do and not eat here, it will show them how much they need their customer

By far the best Chicken I've had in all of Vermont. It's location is ideal, and the staff is superb. All around great place for grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down with your family. Incredibly low prices!

When confirming a order 2 times plus when we got to pick up order please no cole slaw mashed potatoes, the order was read back to me 2 times and we were told that the order was right when question the cole slaw all meals were bundle and tied a $45.00 order for company department. We got cole slaw with gravy not sure why when I called back she just laughed and said I guess I was determined to give you that cole slaw. Will not go back

I ordered on weekend online. you can only pay with a credit card online. I never recieved the food since I was
some how able to place the order after they were "closed," AND my account was still charged for the food! I called to ask what happened, hopefully get reimbersed...all i got was "we'll call you back." Awful, don't waste your money the food isn't even good anyway. Still pissed off

My rating is 'No thanks' to the burnt full rack of ribs and unseasoned wings (I ordered Hot) I received in my delivery yesterday, Easter (horrible Easter dinner)...to top it off, the 'sides' I ordered weren't full sides...the take out container wasn't even a quarter-full of any 'sides'! On the up-side, the woman who took my order was cheerful, polite and professional. Pity the food wasn't anything better than what you would find in a vending machine ~ I've been ripped off for sure; don't make the same mistake I did!

1st time shame on you.....2nd time on me. I've ordered the New York Strip many times in the past. The last 2 times have been quite disheartening. I was specific about having it cooked medium. Both times it was cooked beyond well done. The worst part is that upon calling them to share my concerns, their "chef" gave a completely lame excuse for over cooking it. NEVER once showing any interest in any of my concerns. My average delivery orders have been$60 PLUS. I guess they really don't care about their cliental.
Chicken Charlie's needs to serious consider who they crown "CHEF".....this one is NOT worthy of the title.

Being from Western NY I have always been of the opinion that no one in VT knows what a buffalo wing is but I was pleasantly surprised to find that Chicken Charlie's makes a pretty good hot buffalo wing. We are just about to have our third wings dinner from there. They come with plenty of blue cheese dressing and are big and juicy and covered with lots of hot sauce.

The food served by this restaurant is absolutely fantastic!!! The service is top notch with very pleasant staff. I took a look in the kitchen and it was impeccably clean. I will definitely be back. The prices are great for the amount of food they serve!! I couldn't finish my meal and they very gladly packed it up for me to take home.

Charlie's has a great menu with a whole lot of options. Unfortunately for them, they have to compete with Wings over Burlington. The hamburger is my main order choice and it is dry yet tasty. The chicken is decent as well. The best value at charlies however is the fries. They give large quantities. Be warned however, if ordered, they will arrive soggy. Also when ordering, they will give you one, maybe two packets of ketchup. Overall, order only if wings over burlington is closed, because they're food and prices are better

I purchased the half rack of ribs and quarter chicken breast and wing combo that came with cole slaw and mashed.
It cost over fourteen dollars, no beverage because I got it to go. I asked for extra BBQ sauce because I went there once before and the ribs were dry. well the ribs were OK but the chicken had no skin. I don't care if the skin is good for you or not but, thats where all the sauce is put and it tastes good.
I could go to Hannaford and get a whole chicken cooked the same way for four dollars. That's what I'll do next time. . .

Has excellent score with VT health dept. the place is always clean..good food..prompt service and consistant servings. worth a try.. real chicken by the way.
