I found this awesome little Vietnamese sub shop in Chinatown that totally blew me away. I tried the chicken satay sub without peanut sauce, and it was packed with fresh veggies and bursting with flavor. The owners are super friendly and even ran my order outside when I had trouble finding parking-definitely a place I'll revisit next time I'm in Calgary!
