The food truck I came across today near Deerfoot Meadows had a simple menu with a variety of tasty sliders for $8. I ordered the orange ginger pork sliders which were flavorful with a good balance of ginger and citrus, while my husband had the curried beef sliders that were lightly spiced and delicious. The chef was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in our feedback, making the experience even more enjoyable.
