I love how this Mexican joint serves up delicious carnitas pork tacos that don't wreak havoc on my stomach like most other places. The chimichangas here are simply divine, especially when paired with the mild tomatillo salsa. Despite the wet water, the ample seating and scrumptious burrito selection make this roadside eatery a must-visit for a satisfying and filling meal.

i ate the best breakfast burrito of my life......it was really tasty and HUGE, i'm still waiting for the short cook in back to call me, hmmm....one can only dream.......i will return next time i'm near Weaverville
