I decided to eat at Raliberto's today, 6/29/2021, having eaten there previously, even though my previous experience showed the food definitely wasn't excellent, but it was okay. My boyfriend and I both ordered the Nachos Grande full order to go for $12.55 plus tax each. When we got home we noticed there was no nacho cheese on our very expensive nachos. I called and asked where the nacho cheese was on my nachos. I was told, "Ma'am, we don't sell nacho cheese, we sell grated cheese." I have never ordered nachos and had them made with grated cheese. It's the queso that makes nachos tasty.. These nachos were bland, except for the excessively salted meat, which in itself was flavorless. My dog ate most of mine because they just weren't good at all. If you want good Mexican food, don't go to Raliberto's Taco Shop.
