There's a simple drive-through spot here in Humboldt that makes some of the best banh mi I've ever tasted, with fresh bread and a sauce that keeps you guessing. The owners are friendly, the portions generous, and whether you're grabbing a pulled pork sub or a tofu rice bowl, the flavors never disappoint-I keep coming back for more.

The moment I discovered this restaurant in Humboldt, I knew I had found something special.
