Where to start with this place...
This location is unbelievably poorly managed. Certain departments within their store repeatedly make the same mistakes. I called and spoke with a supervisor by the name of 'True' who wrongfully advised me that she was the head manager in charge at the time of my call, which I later found out wasn't true.
I submitted a complaint to their customer service department regarding the alleged lie on the part of 'True' and the repeated poor experiences at this location.
Marylin Thorne (who's apparently the store manager) was extremely dismissive. She conjured up a story in her mind about me being disrespectful towards her associates and took offense to me alleging that 'True' lied to me.
The Nugget (as a company) has a strong brand that incompetent management (such as Marylin Thorne) can hide behind. This store is ran terribly in several ways and if you have a complaint, you might want to keep it to yourself as it's clear that management at this location will completely dismiss your concerns and conjure up a false narrative to take the blame off themselves and how they need to improve in order to make it seem as though you're the problem.
