I don't understand why people rave about Panerra. I've been here twice: both times were disappointing. My veggie sandwich was served on stale, tough bread with barely any veggie filling. There was at least an inch of bare bread all around both halves. The sandwich was just slopped on a plate with just a skinny piece of pickle and no effort at presentation. And it wasn't cheap. Won't be back for a third disappointment.
