Del Sol offers a wide variety of Mexican dishes, including tacos, burritos, pupusas, and menudo, all prepared fresh and flavorful. The pupusas, especially the rice flour ones, stand out as some of the best in Vallejo, accompanied by excellent curtido and friendly service. Although the restaurant is small and service can sometimes be inconsistent, the food quality and welcoming atmosphere make it worth returning to, especially with the recent expansion adding more dining space.

Del Sol in Vallejo is my ultimate go-to for flavorful Mexican cuisine. Their extensive menu covers everything from tacos to pupusas, ensuring there's something for everyone. The friendly service and freshly made dishes always leave me satisfied and eager to return for more delicious eats.
