Nestled at the edge of Concord, Lisa V's evokes a sense of nostalgia reminiscent of the original Kasper's on Telegraph. The moment I sank my teeth into their traditional hot dogs, perfectly complemented by homemade potato salad, I was transported back to simpler times.
