This ice cream shop offers good quality ice cream at a very affordable price, with a decent selection of flavors and a relaxed outdoor seating area accompanied by chill music. Although the interior is cluttered with rock memorabilia and not designed for extended stays, the welcoming single owner ensures a pleasant experience for those stopping by for a simple treat.

The owner was finishing up an order with a prior customer. My husband stood by the door because of a bad feeling he had when entering, and I walked around the store. Once the owner was done with the previous customer I spoke to him and said "Nice store! Are you the owner?" (I knew the store had shut down in December of 2022 and was wondering how the business was doing now.) The man turned around to clean something and turned the music up louder. Then he went to the back room. I was shocked! The previous customer was Caucasian and I am not...wonder if that had anything to do with the encounter, but it was very disappointing. I was about to order something so I could support a small business, but the man just left. No wonder they were in risk of shutting down. Who wants to enter a business that has a rude owner? It was a very sad/upsetting encounter to say the least!
