On a recent quest to conquer Sacramento's breakfast scene, Country Gables surprised me with crispy, juicy broasted chicken that paired perfectly with waffles and hash browns so good they deserved a standing ovation. The friendly staff, especially Jessie and Audri, treated us like family, making the whole experience feel like a warm hug wrapped in buttered rye toast and smothered in rich barbecue sauce-pure comfort food bliss!
