Golden Palace is a great spot for a casual Chinese dinner with a buffet priced at only $9, which is a steal. While the decor may be a bit dated, the hardworking staff ensures good service. The sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken are favorites among my kids, while my husband and I enjoy the chicken with garlic sauce and tasty rangoons. It's our go-to Chinese restaurant for a reason, especially since they offer delivery and prompt service. The buffet may not always be fully stocked, but the overall experience is worth it for a satisfying meal at a reasonable price.

I thought this place would really do a "deep cleaning" when they were shut down during COVID. Sadly, it never happened. The inside is very dirty and run down. There's a little entry way when you first walk in that has not been swept or mopped for years, and there's tape remnants stuck to the window/front door that's never been cleaned. When you walk inside there's a Poinsettia plant from Christmas in the corner that is dried up and has no leaves (they are on the floor) I was not greeted when I walked in as the owners' children were sitting at the register and both of them had a laptop they were on. The food was not hot and lots of the pans were empty. (Oh, and the kitchen, what a disaster.) I will not be back.

This place is the poorest excuse for a buffet I've ever seen. The food is BLAND, very little choice and on top of it all, I think the food inspector should be called because I don't believe their hot trays are at the correct temp, everything was cold.
To add insult to injury, as one of the workers was cleaning up the buffet, food that had been spilled outside the food pan onto the non heated bar area, was scooped back into the "hot" pan with the fresh food. My children and I about lost our cookies.
