My wife & I had dinner at the restaurant last night; we've been there a few times before, so we knew what the menu included generally.

My wife has a couple food allergies, which the printed menu does not accommodate very well, BUT our waitress, Charlotte W., took the time to advise us what might work. She was very patient and knew her stuff.

She deserves a raise! (:-)

We did leave a little extra beyond the usual 20% tip.
