There's a truck parked at the corner of State and Bradley that offers amazing BBQ on Fridays, usually just before noon, although winter can make their schedule a bit unpredictable. I had the ribs and tips platter a couple of weeks ago, and the tender, juicy meat left such a lasting impression that my family and I can't stop craving it. The chicken meal was also fantastic, smoked to perfection, but the sauce was a bit too mild for my taste; I prefer a little more kick in my barbecue.
