Salud has undergone significant improvements over the years, and its quality remains consistent. While I typically opt for delivery, I cannot speak to the current dine-in experience or ambiance. However, the food, particularly the El Gordo pizza with pepperoni, has never failed to impress with its unique toppings like hot honey and whipped ricotta. Salud continues to cater to various dietary preferences, making it a versatile dining option in the NoDa neighborhood.
