As a former New Yorker, this place nails that authentic NYC bagel vibe I've been missing. Their online ordering is super convenient, letting me customize exactly how I want, and the fresh bagel sandwiches come out fast even when it's busy. The variety is great, from everything bagels with veggie cream cheese to tasty sandwiches and delicious coffee, making it my go-to breakfast treat whenever I'm in town.

Horrible management and long lines. Rude people that work there and not very clean. Would not ever eat there again.

After waiting in line for almost an hour to order one item, I asked to see the manager. His name is Dan. I feel sorry for anyone who has the unpleasant misfortunate of meeting him. Very rude, he was even swearing. The owners name is Ronnie. I tried to contact him and let him know about his staff and even he was very rude and inconsiderate. I also noticed employees touching raw fish and not changing their gloves. A COMPLETE HEALTH HAZARD WITH DISCONCERN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WELL BEING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T EAT HERE.
