The flavors at Isla Pilipina blew me away! I made the drive just to pick up some dishes, and the Pancit Palabok with its perfect sauce and calamari crunch left me speechless. The Kare-kare, with its tender oxtail, and the Lechon Kawali with its perfect fry and amazing gravy were definite standouts for me.
