The Water Tower offers consistently fresh, delicious Bao with excellent service from some of the friendliest staff I've encountered, making it a perfect quick snack while shopping on Michigan Avenue. Although the steamed Bao requires a short wait, the flavorful BBQ Pork and teriyaki chicken options, along with the hearty Thai herb bone broth, satisfy cravings and provide a tasty, comforting experience every time.

The Water Tower has amazing service with the friendliest staff ever. You'll have to wait a bit for the Bao, but trust me, it's worth it. The BBQ Pork and teriyaki chicken Baos are my go-to, always fresh and tasty.
