Our final day in Chicago saw us checking out of Swissotel, where we decided to grab a quick lunch at Amuse before venturing out into the city and airport. The short rib sliders and brisket grilled cheese sandwich were both solid choices, with the sliders coming in a set of 3 and the grilled cheese accompanied by a side of fries. Amuse is a great spot for people-watching when it's bustling, and the low-key relaxing ambiance, complete with entertaining TVs, makes it a pleasant place to unwind when it's quieter.
