The food truck visits my workplace occasionally, and each time I am impressed by the quality of the food. Their Catfish po boy and spicy honey fries are my favorites, but everything on the menu is delicious. The truck's schedule can be a bit inconsistent as they consider themselves a pop-up shop, but following them on Facebook helps in tracking their locations. Despite some confusion with the ordering process, the fresh and flavorful dishes make the experience worth it.
