On our way home from a weekend trip, we made a spontaneous stop at the market and finally remembered to bring a cooler. The pierogies at the stand caught my attention and the woman working there was incredibly kind. I ended up with a mix of loaded baked potato, bacon/cheese, and even some potato pancakes, all of which tasted fantastic and were accompanied by helpful heating instructions.
