The food here is flavorful and fresh, with standout dishes like the Chile Colorado Torta, carne asada tacos, and carne asada fries complemented by a spicy hot sauce and excellent margaritas. The outdoor seating overlooks the Yampa River, offering a relaxing atmosphere with the added enjoyment of watching people tubing and paddleboarding by, especially on the shady back porch. Service is generally friendly and attentive, with the owner often greeting guests, though wait times during busy periods can be a bit longer and some menu items, like chips and salsa, come with a surprising upcharge.
