Buzzard's Roost in Lamar serves up killer pizza and wings alongside a surprising selection of craft beers that even impressed this seasoned traveler. The vibe is super chill with friendly bartenders like Xavier making sure everyone feels right at home, plus live tunes by JUDI that had me tapping my feet all night. Between the hand-made jalapeño poppers, the unique "Jay's Special" pizza, and games like pool and darts, it's the kind of place that turns a simple night out into a memorable small-town adventure.
