During my ski trip at Copper, I found a welcoming coffee shop with friendly, communicative staff and a variety of food and drink options that cater to many dietary needs. The spinach and feta croissant was served warm and delicious, while the veggie lover breakfast sandwich on an Asiago bagel stood out as one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Although the environment could get busy and seating is limited, the quick service and comfortable seating areas, including a lounge with board games and free WiFi, made it a convenient and enjoyable place to refuel before hitting the slopes.
