The Highlands Ranch spot reminds me of the original SoCal locations, with shrimp and spicy chicken that are cooked perfectly. While the food is delicious, the rising prices are making it tough to justify regular visits, especially when a simple meal can run over $15. On the bright side, the service here is fantastic and the atmosphere is clean and inviting, making for a solid dining experience.
