I recommend heading down the Larkspur Bowl one last time before meeting at the Red Tail Camp for a Stella amidst sunshine and blue skies at an elevation of 8,850 feet. Located at the base of the Larkspur, Grouse Mountain, and Birds of Prey Express Lifts, the Red Tail Camp offers a smaller yet delightful menu comparable to the popular Spruce Saddle Lodge. Indulge in a Buffalo Bratwurst sandwich paired with a cold beer on the sun deck, enjoying the view of skiers coming down the mountain - a perfect choice for those seeking a more mature atmosphere compared to the youthful crowd at Spruce Saddle Lodge.
