During a weekend in Crested Butte, I found myself drawn into a cozy, old-western themed restaurant where the elk tenderloin and loaded waffle fries left a lasting impression. The atmosphere, rich with taxidermy and intimate seating, combined with attentive service from the bartenders and staff, created a warm and inviting experience. Despite a longer wait for steaks, the perfectly cooked fillets, excellent cocktails, and thoughtfully curated wine list made the evening truly memorable.
