The homemade biscuits and gravy here are absolutely delicious, with a hearty sausage gravy that hits the spot every time. The friendly staff, especially Kat with her warm smile, make the experience feel welcoming, even if the kitchen gets a bit backed up mid-morning. If you're around Trinidad, this local favorite serves up tasty Mexican breakfasts, classic dishes, and great coffee that keeps me coming back.

The food at this restaurant is truly exceptional, especially the biscuits and gravy - a must-try! Our server, Kat, had the most welcoming smile and provided excellent service. While there may be a potential wait during peak hours, the delicious breakfast options and friendly staff make it well worth it.
