Whenever I visit my mother in Trinidad, I always order the chalupa with ground sirloin, which never fails to satisfy my cravings with its delicious flavor. The attentive service, flavorful dishes like the Santa Fe enchiladas and spicy green chile, and the welcoming atmosphere make each visit a memorable experience worth repeating.

Every time I visit my mother, I make sure to stop at this restaurant in Trinidad for my favorite dish - the chalupa with ground sirloin. It's always a satisfying experience, and I find myself craving it when I'm away in Las Vegas. The attentive service and delicious sopapillas with honey make it a must-visit for me and my family.

The food here is incredible if you like Mexican-American. The green chile is second to none and the service was good too. A little pricey, but I'd go again.
