Skip Trinidad all together. Traveling down I-25 on a Tuesday. Attempted to go to SIX different local restaurants. Every single one of them were closed. Evidently the local restaurants are only open Wed thru Sat. The only options are McD's Taco Bell, KFC, or Subway. We picked Subway and what a joke. It has 2 full sized booths and 3 or 4, 2 person booths. To top it off, I ordered a meatball sub and the meatballs were cool...not even luke warm. Needless to say, we didn't finish our meal and just left. My advice, eat in Pueblo or Raton....skip Trinidad altogether.
