Stepping into the converted Victorian house, the cozy and sweet atmosphere immediately set a pleasant tone for our retirement lunch with friends. The club sandwich I ordered featured fresh ingredients and a unique twist on the classic, while others in our group enjoyed the salmon salads and chicken quiche, all praised for their flavors. Although the service was adequate and efficient, it lacked warmth, and while the desserts were decent, the overall meal felt a bit pricey for the portions served.
