Panino's Downtown is a gem with amazing food and excellent service at decent prices. The ambiance is wonderful, with a friendly staff that makes every visit enjoyable.

We had dinner at the Colorado Springs Paninos downtown location, 604 N Tejon. Two of us ordered the chicken parmesan. If your intent is to serve quantity rather than quality, you succeeded. There was plenty of chicken, spaghetti and sauce. However, the food was served lukewarm. Our waiter never checked back to see how we were doing. When he presented the bill, my husband told him about our meal and he tried to make excuses as to why that particular entrée was hardly ever served hot. When asked to get the manager, the waiter claimed he was the manager. We did get a “break” on the ticket but I can tell you that I will not go back to this particular restaurant for a very long time, if ever.
