We usually have a no complaint experience when we order take out however, this visit was disappointing. Food is too expensive for y’all to waste and for others to waste money on.
Ordered several extra ranch and they were half full and not the sizes we paid extra for. When you charge $ for a container of dressing it should be a full container, the correct size container, and also make sure you give all the dressing paid for, as well. We order avocado ranch and didn’t even receive it.
Ordered 2 sides of fries and got the equivalent of 1
The triple dipper was disappointing and it’s my most favorite. The southwestern egg rolls were undercooked and mushy, the burger bites were over cooked with no flavor, dry, & the buns were over toasted.
The other burger we ordered was overcooked, flavorless, & the buns were burnt, as well. Did y’all have a bad night Chili’s?? This was so bad. Y’all should not send out food like this.
Super disappointed that we wasted money on this restaurant last night. Do better Chili’s. Life is to expensive to serve food like this to people who work really hard.
