The food truck at the Hot Times Festival in Olde Town East offered an enjoyable barbecue experience, with delicious ribs complemented by a well-balanced sweet and spicy sauce. The beef brisket was tender and the quality of all ingredients, including the hot dog and sandwich buns, stood out, making it one of the best barbecue experiences I've had in Central Ohio.
