ordered a pizza an hour later it shows up and as black as charcoal. when my wife called to tell them I would like my pizza replaced they hung up on my wife.would not recommend this pizza place to anyone many times I've ordered and delivery was real slow

2 hour 20 minute delivery cold food rude and don't answer the phone horrible customer service don't order here

We live right down the road from Ann's and have ordered twice. The service is friendly, prompt, which you would expect from a place a block away :-) but on top of that, the food is really good. the pizza looks great when you open the box, which is half the battle, is piping hot, and loaded with toppings. i am getting hungry just thinking about it. there is another well known neighborhood pizza place on Brown Road which advertises itself as award winning pizza several years in a row...i wouldn't put it anywhere near the quality of Ann's. we will be regular customers for as long as we live here.

Ordered a large all the way (basically their deluxe) and a 12" Italian sub for delivery. Was told 35-45 minutes. Took around 55 minutes to arrive but the driver apologized immediately upon arrival for being late. No problem. The pie itself was HUGE. Generous toppings, cheese was browned nicely and the sub looked great as well. I was very happy at first glance. I've ordered from local places before and have been sorely disappointed. The pizza and the sub were good. Again, generous toppings and cooked well but the dough/bread for both has me a bit disappointed. The dough on the pizza wasn't as firm and crisp as I like and the sub bread was a bit soggy. Not sure if it was from all of the toppings or what. The best thing about this place is the value. Rock bottom prices and the delivery charge is only a buck. The person I talked to on the phone was very polite as well. I wish there was a different scale to choose from. Basically it's good food at a great price. I gave it a Very Good! rating because I don't think just okay suffices. 3 1/2 stars for now. I will order again.
