Last night, I attended a pizza taste testing event at Donatos Headquarters, where over 35 people gathered for two sessions. The gluten free Sonoma pepperoni flatbread we sampled was truly remarkable; I could discern distinct flavors in the crust, sauce, pepperoni, and cheese with each slice, evaluating them meticulously as we enjoyed saltine crackers and water in between. The experience was enjoyable, earning me a $5 gift card and a newfound appreciation for Donatos, conveniently located near Easton where a quick stroll rewards you with delicious pizza and excellent service, like the fiery and flavorful chicken marachi that remains a personal favorite.
