Coming from a New Yorker, I can say their bagels are absolutely amazing-crispy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside, always fresh and delicious. The BLT on a plain bagel was incredible, with perfectly toasted bread, crisp bacon, and crunchy lettuce, making for a fantastic sandwich experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the coffee and pastries are superb, and despite sometimes running out of popular bagel varieties early, I keep coming back for these unbeatable flavors.
