RW's BBQ had many many unresolved problems with Groupon. We are sorry for any inconvenience it caused. The promotion was intended to have new customers try out RW's BBQ restaurant. For $10 you were offered $25 worth of food. RW's netted $4, much less then cost. It was supposed to be dine in, 1 coupon per visit. We believe this should have been self explanatory, but it wasn't and a Groupon omission. As a little restaurant selling food below cost is a hardship. Some few customers nevertheless got upset when they were not able to take advantage of the omission and benefit beyond the intention and good will of the offer. RW's BBQ was left holding the Groupon bag as it were. We did our best without putting ourselves out of business. Sorry again for any inconvenience.

To hopefuly put to rest the Groupon woes last year at RW's BBQ, thank god it's over.

Disappointing all around. Bought Groupon, made phone order, went to pick up and owner would not accept groupon. Groupon did not specify take out or dine in. Owner complained it was Groupon's fault and we could not use groupon.
Against better judgement, owner had attitude and food was much less than expected.
