Good food, good service

I stumbled upon this hidden food treasure in CT and I almost want to keep it all to myself! The flavors in every dish were absolutely spot on - I devoured the full chicken with white rice, papa huancaina, and salsa criolla until I almost ate the cup the aji verde came in! The food was so good that I wanted to drive back to the restaurant just to shake the chefs' hands - it beats all other Peruvian spots in Stamford by a long shot! The prices are great too, two people can feast for under 25 bucks, and that includes an appetizer. You have to try their lomo saltado or bistec a la pobre, and don't even get me started on their aji sauce - I wish I could buy it by the bucketful!
