The cowboy short rib burrito and vodka parm sandwich absolutely blew me away, making the wait completely worthwhile despite the busy atmosphere and longer food prep times. The diner's interior has a unique retro vibe with modern touches, and the staff, especially our server Luis, provided friendly and attentive service that enhanced the whole experience. Be ready to tackle parking challenges and some wait times, but with such generous portions and amazing flavors, it's an experience I'm eager to revisit.
