First of all, I LOVE the food at China Express -- my one star is not about the food, but the experience I had ordering online. I used the feature to order online. At the start of the form it asked me if I want to pay by cash or credit. I select credit. I fill in all of my credit information, and then when you go to submit the order, a summary of your order pops up and the Pay by Credit changes to Cash. The food was delivered, I told them I paid online, but they'll looking at the thing that says cash -- where it converted from credit to cash. They said I have to pay cash. I said I already paid online. I got a receipt and a confirmation of my order. The woman was more interested in yelling and in denial before she would even listen. Long story short they took the order back. I called Shanghai Garden and guess what? They have the same online ordering system, but this time they had someone competent on the phone who could explain the switch from credit to cash. They are not permitted to USE credit information online so it converts credit to cash, then one has to call the restaurant to have them verify their credit card. It would be much simpler if you didn't even ask for the credit information online if you're not going to use it. Shanghai Garden person explained to me how it worked. You might want to train your employees on how to use the system and what to expect from it.

Best chinese food in town! I've seen the owner making his own batches of sauce. Can tell its fresh food there! Everything ive had there is good but must try their teriyaki beef sticks, crab rangoon, chicken wings, and lo mein!!

Food was terrible ordered for delivery and it arrived almost 2 hours later. Had steamed dumplings so starchy. Taste like flour. Would not recommend!!
