The food here tastes homemade and authentic, especially if you're craving true Ecuadorian dishes like seco de chivo or humitas with that amazing spicy garlicky sauce. The service is friendly, the vibe comfortable, and even though the food takes a little while to come out, it's totally worth the wait since everything's made fresh to order. If you've ever lived in Ecuador or just love South American flavors, this place really hits the mark with tender meats, flavorful stews, and decent prices that make it a great find in the Danbury area.
