I ordered the Yaki Udon for 13.95. There is an additional $2.00 for beef or shrimp, so I just offered chicken. The server asked me if I wanted spicy and I said yes but did not know they charged extra but paid for it anyway. I did not have to wait long.

What I received as far as a portion was an insult. I tasted a tiny portion and it was absolutely awful. No taste just peppers or whatever it was. I have never done this in my life but I returned the food and did not ask for a refund
I am livid!
