Five Guys consistently delivers delicious burgers and milkshakes, complemented by a clean, comfortable environment and polite, efficient staff. Although I encountered a syrup spill near the soda fountain and was disappointed by the smaller portion of fries compared to previous visits, the management handled my concerns professionally and with kindness. Overall, the great food and wonderful service make it worth the visit, especially when the order is accurate and the atmosphere enjoyable.
