Growing up, fajitas were a beloved Tex-Mex staple for me, so I eagerly ventured to Fajita Pete's, a local Tex-Mex eatery known for its specialization in this dish. Upon arrival, the sight of bustling to-go orders and the fiery spectacle in the kitchen greeted me in the quiet dining area. Opting for the combination fajitas for one, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and the attentive service offered by the staff.
