Walking into the restaurant with some skepticism about the ratings, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious ceviche and the flavorful pollo a la brasa. Although the service was great despite being understaffed, I found the TVs too loud for conversation, but the authentic Peruvian flavors reminded me of my travels in Peru, making me eager to return.

Despite initial skepticism due to average ratings, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious ceviche and flavorful pollo a la brasa at the understaffed but well-serviced restaurant; I look forward to returning to try more dishes, such as the el chupe de camarón and tacu tacu, which reminded me of the wonderful flavors I experienced in Peru.
