When I'm around Judiciary Square, I always make a stop for breakfast at this NY-style deli that also serves grits and biscuits-the corned beef is a must-try. During my recent lunch visit, I navigated the lively chaos, ordered two delicious sandwiches, and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere while waiting for my meal.
