The food truck on the corner of Colfax and Xanthia serves up delicious Al Vapor tacos on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 4pm. The wait for these flavorful tacos can range from 8 to 20 minutes, with an additional 5-8 minutes during busy times. The small but tasty tortillas filled with steamed cooked beef, sauce, cilantro, and onions make for a perfect combination that is definitely worth a try if you're a fan of home-style tacos.
