Walking into this restaurant on our first night in Denver was like striking culinary gold-I devoured a veggie fajita volcano erupting with molcajete sauce while my husband declared his veggie Chile relleno an A+ masterpiece. The margaritas packed a tequila punch, the chimichangas were monstrous and delicious, and the friendly service made the whole experience feel like a fiesta you never want to end.
